Unless specified otherwise, all suspension products are designed for 2WD vehicles only. Any notes or descriptions related to electronic damping systems (EDC, DDS, etc.) apply strictly to vehicle fitment. Aftermarket coilovers are not compatible with OEM electronic damping control systems unless explicitly stated.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of fulfillment if all rules shown below are met.

• Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
• Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
• Custom products, special order products, and services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.
• If the return of an item was caused by an error on our part, or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

All Whiteline products, except those listed below, are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, valid for the original vehicle the product was installed on.

Whiteline Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends, Bearings, Links and Springs are covered for 3 years or 60,000 km (36,000 miles), whichever comes first.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation or misuse.
• Modification or alteration of parts.
• Damage due to competition, motorsport, or off-road use.
• Wear and tear from normal use.
• Accidental or collision damage.
