All Wholesale dealer applications are subject to approval. This program is intended for resale purposes only; applications for personal use will not be accepted. Springrates reserves the right to deny any application based on failure to meet the necessary conditions, including subjective stipulations not set forth herein. Initial consideration for dealer status is based upon ability to provide the following information:
- Proof of valid Business License and State Sales Tax Resale Certificate number
- Proof of Brick and Mortar Storefront and/or proof of Online Storefront
- Proof of Automotive Parts Business located in North America
