Return Policy
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions.
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for both return shipping and the original shipping costs we incurred—including on orders with free shipping. Taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be approved by Springrates before being shipped back and are subject to the return policies of the manufacturer and/or shipping partner. We reserve the right to deny any return at our discretion.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be approved prior to shipment.
- Items must be returned in new, uninstalled, and unused condition with original packaging.
- Photos must be submitted and approved before authorization is granted.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of approval. Tracking must show movement within that period or the return will be void and rejected.
- Refunds are available for domestic U.S. orders only. International orders are final sale.
- Returns are not accepted for custom orders, special orders, or international orders.
- Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may be subject to a higher restocking fee.
- Some manufacturers only accept returns for defective or incorrect items.
Refund Timing
Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected. The full process may take up to 3 weeks, depending on:
- Return transit time (5–10 business days)
- Inspection and processing (3–5 business days)
- Your bank’s refund processing time (5–10 business days)
Additional Information
- We do not expedite or reimburse return shipping costs.
- Duties, tariffs, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances, including refused shipments, delays in customs, or returned orders.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Use a trackable and insured method.
- If the return or cancellation is due to our error, all shipping costs, taxes, and restocking fees will be waived.
- If a cancellation is approved by the manufacturer, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. View our cancellation policy.
Start a Return
Follow the steps below to submit a return request.
- Log in to your account.
- Find the order that you want to return.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
