Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping within the Continental USA on orders over $250 (physical products only). Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or other locations outside the Continental USA will incur additional shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees for international shipments. Digital goods and services are not eligible toward the free shipping minimum.
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- Freight Forwarders
- Locations outside of North America
Shipping & Handling
Estimated shipping and delivery times depend on item availability and are determined by the manufacturer, as most orders are shipped directly from their warehouse. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipping or handling times. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt and prevent fraud.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. If an address change is needed, the order must be canceled (if possible) and a new order placed. This will restart the processing and shipping timeline.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must:
- Document the damage with photographs before opening or further handling the package.
- Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, if possible.
- Contact us at support@springrates.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
- Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery may result in denial of a damage claim.
Springrates, LLC is not responsible for damage caused during shipping; however, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier where possible. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
