Here is the Whiteline Rear Sway Bar Link Bushing (28.5mm OD) for the 1989-2000 Honda Civic Si. Part number W21014. It goes on the rear of the vehicle. It is listed for the EF/EG/EK chassis. The kit contains 8 bushings.
The bar can only resist roll as well as its links are attached. A worn link bushing adds slack that the bar must take up before it works, so replacing it is a low-cost way to bring back sharp response. The polyurethane used here deflects much less than the original rubber under the same load.
