This Whiteline Rear Upper Shock Absorber Bushing Kit fits the 1988 Chevrolet R20. It goes on the rear of the vehicle. In the box: 4 bushings, 2 tubes, an install guide, and grease. The part number is W33373. It is listed for the C/K chassis. Whiteline's note for this fit: Suits OEM Shocks Only.

The connection between the shock and the control arm or body is only as good as the bushing in it. Worn bushings add play, so a firmer replacement helps the shock do its work. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
