Product Details
Whiteline built the Rear Sway Bar Link for the 2011-2017 Chrysler 200. Position: rear. It is listed for the JS/CUSW chassis. You receive 2 links. Order it as part number W23180.
A sway bar link is the short rod that ties each end of the rear sway bar to the suspension. Whenever the body leans, the link carries that motion into the bar, so any slop, flex, or wear in it is slop in the whole roll-control system.
Installation is rated easy, with about 1 hour of work listed. It does not require a wheel alignment. To go with it on the Chrysler 200, see 14mm Adjustable Front Camber Bolts, Adjustable Front Sway Bar Link, and Front Control Arm Lower Inner Rear Bushing.
Features
- Material: Made from steel.
- Preload-free setup: The length can be set on the car to remove preload from the sway bar.
- Rigid design: Less flex than the original parts means a quicker, more direct response, especially in lane changes and at initial turn-in.
- Corrosion protection: Plated finish keeps rust off the hardware.
- Easy to fit: Installation does not call for special skills or tools.
- Ball joints: Heavy duty steel ball joint ends pivot freely through a wide range, which helps fitment.
