This Whiteline Rear Leaf Spring and Shackle Bushing Kit fits the 1981-1985 Jeep Scrambler. The part number is W73829. Chassis code: CJ-8. Placement: rear. You receive 12 bushings, 2 tubes, and grease.
Leaf spring bushings do a lot of work: the spring flexes and changes length as it moves, and the eye and shackle pivots absorb it. Replacing worn ones puts the axle back where it belongs. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
