This Whiteline Front Lower Shock Absorber Bushing Kit fits the 1981-1985 Jeep Scrambler. You receive 4 bushings. It goes on the front of the vehicle. Whiteline part number: W31469. It is listed for the CJ-8 chassis.

Shock bushings take the shock's loads and let it pivot slightly as the suspension moves. If they are worn, you may hear a clunk and feel less control over bumps. Replacing them is an easy way to quiet and tighten that corner. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
