Fitted to the 2002-2004 Subaru Impreza WRX Base (GD/GG): the Whiteline Rear Differential Cradle Bushing. Part number W91380. Application note: Rear mount. Position: rear. Included: 2 shell bushings, 2 tubes, and grease.
Holding the differential still is about predictability. Rubber that is too soft lets it twist and move as load comes on and off, so the car squats and lurches a little more than it needs to. A firmer mount keeps it where it should be. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
