Fitted to the 1991-1995 BMW 325is 3 Series (E36): the Whiteline Rear Differential Mount Bushing. Order it as part number KDT969. This part is for the rear of the vehicle. The kit contains 2 bushings, 2 tubes, an install guide, and grease.
Holding the differential still is about predictability. Rubber that is too soft lets it twist and move as load comes on and off, so the car squats and lurches a little more than it needs to. A firmer mount keeps it where it should be. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
