Application note: Inserts: check voiding of OEM bushings first, installs into voiding of original bushings. The part number is KDT968. Included: 1 insert bushing, 2 washers, an install guide, and grease. Trim named on the listing: TDI.
Mounts are wear items: heat and oil break down the rubber over time. Replacing a tired one steadies the engine, removes the vibration it lets through, and keeps the engine in its intended position. The polyurethane used here deflects much less than the original rubber under the same load.
