This Whiteline Transmission Mount Bushing Kit fits the 1991-1993 Buick Commercial Chassis. Application note: Replaces 1 bolt and 2 bolt style mounts. The kit contains 1 mount, 4 washers, 2 nuts, and 2 bolts. Whiteline part number: W93467.
The transmission is held in the chassis by a mount that absorbs vibration. A soft or worn mount lets the gearbox rock when you shift or get on and off the throttle, which feels like a jerk, a clunk, or a delay. A firmer mount or bushing limits that motion. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
Installation is rated moderate, with about 1 hour of work listed. It does not require a wheel alignment.
