This Whiteline Transmission Mount Bushing Kit fits the 1975-1987 Chevrolet C20. In the box: 1 mount, 4 washers, 2 nuts, and 2 bolts. The part number is W93467. Application note: Replaces 1 bolt and 2 bolt style mounts.
The transmission is held in the chassis by a mount that absorbs vibration. A soft or worn mount lets the gearbox rock when you shift or get on and off the throttle, which feels like a jerk, a clunk, or a delay. A firmer mount or bushing limits that motion. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
