This Whiteline Steering Rack and Pinion Mount Bushing Kit fits the 1995-2000 Toyota Tacoma 4WD. Included: 5 bushings, 2 tubes, and grease. This listing is for 4WD models. Part number W13398.

The steering rack is held to the chassis by bushings, and every input you make at the wheel passes through them. Rubber ones soften with age and can be degraded further by oil leaks, so the rack is allowed to shift under load and the steering feels less precise. A firmer rack mount bushing reduces that movement.
