Whiteline Shock Absorber Upper Bushing is made for the 1990-1993 Subaru Legacy. The part number is W31704. It is listed for the BC/BF chassis. The kit contains 4 bushings.

The connection between the shock and the control arm or body is only as good as the bushing in it. Worn bushings add play, so a firmer replacement helps the shock do its work. The polyurethane used here deflects much less than the original rubber under the same load.
