This Whiteline Rear Upper Shock Absorber Bushing Kit fits the 1988-1999 GMC C1500 (GMT400). Order it as part number W33373. You receive 4 bushings, 2 tubes, an install guide, and grease. Application note: Suits OEM Shocks Only. Chassis code: GMT400. Placement: rear.
Shock bushings take the shock's loads and let it pivot slightly as the suspension moves. If they are worn, you may hear a clunk and feel less control over bumps. Replacing them is an easy way to quiet and tighten that corner. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
