This Whiteline Rear Upper Shock Absorber Bushing Kit fits the 1988-1989 GMC R2500. Position: rear. Part number W33373. Application note: Suits OEM Shocks Only. Included: 4 bushings, 2 tubes, an install guide, and grease.
A shock absorber is mounted through bushings at its ends. When the rubber is worn, the shock can move or knock in its mount, and its damping force is not delivered cleanly to the suspension. New bushings keep the shock located. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
