This Whiteline Rear Upper Outer Control Arm Bushing Kit fits the 2009-2017 Volkswagen Tiguan. Included: 2 bushings and 2 tubes. The part number is W63550. It goes on the rear of the vehicle.
Every time the wheel moves, the control arm swings on its bushings. When they are soft or worn, the arm shifts under load, the alignment changes as the car moves, and steering and braking feel less precise. A stiffer bushing cuts that unwanted movement while still letting the arm pivot freely. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
