This Whiteline Rear Trailing Arm Front Bushing fits the 2005-2010 Volkswagen Passat. In the box: 4 bushings, 2 tubes, 4 washers, an install guide, and grease. It goes on the rear of the vehicle. Whiteline part number: W0504.
Bushings work out of sight, but they decide how well a suspension holds its geometry. A soft or tired trailing arm bushing allows play that shows up as vague steering, a wandering feel under braking, or a clunk over bumps. Fitting a firmer one takes that slack out. The polyurethane used here deflects much less than the original rubber under the same load.
