The Whiteline Rear Sway Bar Link Bushing Kit fits the 1994-2004 Land Rover Discovery. It is listed for the LJ/LT chassis. Part number W31088. Whiteline's note for this fit: 2 piece bushing design. Placement: rear. The kit contains 4 bushings.
The bar can only resist roll as well as its links are attached. A worn link bushing adds slack that the bar must take up before it works, so replacing it is a low-cost way to bring back sharp response. The polyurethane used here deflects much less than the original rubber under the same load.
Whiteline rates the install as easy and lists about 1 hour. It does not require a wheel alignment.
