This Whiteline Rear Sway Bar Link Bushing fits the 2001-2006 BMW 325i 3 Series. Order it as part number W23394. Included: 4 bushings, 2 tubes, and grease. It goes on the rear of the vehicle.
A sway bar link has a bushing at each end where it connects to the bar and the suspension, and those bushings let the link pivot. When they are soft or worn, the bar takes up slack before it begins resisting body roll, which feels like a delay in turn-in and shows up as clunking. Replacing them restores a firm connection. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
