Owners of the 1976-1987 Jaguar XJS Base can fit the Whiteline Rear Sway Bar Link Bushing (28.5mm OD). It goes on the rear of the vehicle. The kit contains 8 bushings. The part number is W21014. The chassis code on the listing is XJ-S. Trim named on the listing: Base.
Sway bar link bushings are small but busy, flexing every time the suspension moves. Rubber that has cracked or flattened lets the link rattle and the bar lose its grip on the suspension. A new set puts the link ends back into a snug fit. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
