This Whiteline Rear Spring Eye Bushing Kit fits the 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 3500. Whiteline part number: W73823. The kit contains 12 bushings, 6 tubes, and grease. Drivetrain: 4WD. This part is for the rear of the vehicle.
On a leaf-sprung vehicle the spring eyes and shackles pivot on bushings, and they take the movement every time the axle moves. Worn rubber lets the axle shift and clunk, and heavy loads speed that up. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
