The Whiteline Rear Differential Cradle Bushing fits the 1998-2004 Subaru Impreza WRX RS (GC/GF/GD/GG). Included: 2 shell bushings, 2 tubes, and grease. Whiteline's note for this fit: Rear mount. Position: rear. The part number is W91380.
The differential is hung from the chassis on bushings that are soft for comfort. Under hard acceleration and braking they let it rock, so power reaches the wheels a moment late and the rear end can feel loose. A firmer bushing holds the differential more steadily, which sharpens throttle response. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
