This Whiteline Rear Differential Bushings - Mount In Cradle fits the 2009-2025 Subaru Forester. Placement: rear. Whiteline part number: KDT906. Included: 2 shell bushings, 2 tubes, 4 washers, an install guide, and grease.
The differential is hung from the chassis on bushings that are soft for comfort. Under hard acceleration and braking they let it rock, so power reaches the wheels a moment late and the rear end can feel loose. A firmer bushing holds the differential more steadily, which sharpens throttle response. The polyurethane used here deflects much less than the original rubber under the same load.
