This Whiteline Rear Differential Bushing - Front Mount Kit fits the 2008-2011 Lexus GS460 (S190). Order it as part number KDT972. You receive 4 bushings, 2 washers, grease, and an install guide. This part is for the rear of the vehicle.

The differential is hung from the chassis on bushings that are soft for comfort. Under hard acceleration and braking they let it rock, so power reaches the wheels a moment late and the rear end can feel loose. A firmer bushing holds the differential more steadily, which sharpens throttle response. The polyurethane used here deflects much less than the original rubber under the same load.

Whiteline rates the install as moderate and lists about 1.5 hours. Plan on a wheel alignment afterward. Application note: Multi-piece bushing assembly. Upper bushing is a complete replacement unit, lower bushing is an insert/supplement used with the OEM bushing in place.
