Product Details

This Whiteline Motor Mount Bushing fits the 1978-1983 Chevrolet Malibu. The part number is W93464. In the box: 1 bushing.

Engine mounts hold the engine in the chassis while absorbing vibration. When the rubber softens, the engine rocks under hard acceleration and when you lift off, and you may feel shudders, clunks, or a vague throttle. A new mount restores a solid hold. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.

Whiteline rates the install as moderate and lists about 2 hours. No alignment is needed afterward. Application note: Must reuse existing outer metal shell and drill out the welds/rivets to separate them for installation on the new insert. For use in either passenger or driver side.
