This Whiteline Heavy Duty Blade Adjustable 20mm Rear Sway Bar fits the 2007-2014 Mini Cooper. Included: 1 sway bar and 2 bushings. Application note: Built from 03/2007. It goes on the rear of the vehicle. Order it as part number BMR73Z.
A sway bar is a torsion spring that links the left and right wheels. When the body leans, the bar twists and resists, which keeps the car flatter and spreads load more evenly across the tires. In general, a stiffer rear bar helps the tail rotate and reduces understeer. Adjustable mounting points let you step the stiffness up or down without changing the bar.
