This Whiteline Front Sway Bar Mount and Link Bushing Kit fits the 1999 Ford F-250. Position: front. Order it as part number W23823. You receive 10 bushings, 4 tubes, 2 washers, and grease.
The sway bar sits in rubber bushings that let it rotate as it twists. When those bushings wear or compress, the bar slides and shifts in its mounts, which causes clunking and a slight delay before it begins to resist roll. Replacement bushings hold the bar in its proper place while still letting it turn.
