The Whiteline Front Sway Bar Link Bushing (21mm OD) fits the 1989-1990 Nissan 240SX XE (S13). Trim named on the listing: XE. The part number is W21169. In the box: 8 bushings. It goes on the front of the vehicle.
A sway bar link has a bushing at each end where it connects to the bar and the suspension, and those bushings let the link pivot. When they are soft or worn, the bar takes up slack before it begins resisting body roll, which feels like a delay in turn-in and shows up as clunking. Replacing them restores a firm connection. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
