Product Details
Whiteline Adjustable Front Sway Bar Link is made for the 2016 Jeep Compass 75th Anniversary. It is listed for the MK chassis. Order it as part number KLC163. This part is for the front of the vehicle. You receive 2 links. The listing names the 75th Anniversary trim.
Links are small parts with a large effect on how a car leans in a corner. They sit between the bar and the suspension and decide how quickly and how evenly the bar's resistance reaches the tire, and this front link is built to keep that connection firm. Because the length is adjustable, the link can be set on the car so the bar sits relaxed at rest, which matters most after a change in ride height.
Installation is rated moderate, with about 1 hour of work listed. No alignment is needed afterward. Working on the same car? We also list Adjustable Rear Sway Bar Link, 14mm Adjustable Front Camber Bolts, and Front Control Arm Lower Inner Rear Bushing for the Compass.
Features
- Construction: High-strength alloy gives the strength needed without much weight.
- Anodized alloy: Anodized alloy parts resist corrosion and wear and look good doing it.
- Pre-greased: Comes pre-greased, so it can go straight on the car.
- Rigid design: Taking the flex out of the connection makes the car react faster to steering input.
- Install guide: Whiteline packs an install guide with it.
- Ball joints: Heavy duty steel ball joints at the ends move through a wide arc to suit the application.
