Product Details
Looking for a front sway bar for your 2013-2016 Mini Cooper Paceman (F56)? The Whiteline Heavy Duty 26mm Front Sway Bar is made for it. In the box: 1 sway bar and 2 bushings. This part is for the front of the vehicle. Whiteline's note for this fit: Suits R55/R56/R57 models. Order it as part number BMF73.
The front bar connects the two front wheels so that load carried by one side is shared with the other. By stiffening that connection, the car leans less and the front tires work more evenly in a corner. The bar is adjustable, so the stiffness can be changed to suit the car and the road.
Whiteline rates the install as moderate and lists about 3 hours. An alignment is required after installation. Other Whiteline parts we list for the Cooper Paceman: Rear Sway Bar Link, Front Sway Bar Bushing Kit, and Front Control Arm Lower Inner Rear Bushing (21.3mm ID).
Features
- Roll stiffness: A larger diameter bar has more torsional resistance, which raises overall roll stiffness.
- Finish: Powder coating covers the metal for protection against chips and rust.
- Bushing material: Made of polyurethane, which resists deflection better than soft rubber.
- Roll control: Built to reduce body roll and sway in corners.
- Bar mounts: The mount bushings have a knurled bore and grease-holding lips.
- Lateral locks: Built-in lateral locks hold the bar in position side to side.
