Product Details
Whiteline Front Lower Radius Arm Bushing is made for the 2012-2016 BMW 328i 3 Series. Whiteline part number: KCA473. This part is for the front of the vehicle. Application note: Adds +/- 0.5 degrees Caster. Does not Suit xDrive Models. Chassis code: F30. The kit contains 2 bushings, 2 tubes, adjusting tool, an install guide, and grease.
A standard bushing only restores what the factory built. This one is designed to change the geometry, adding positive caster and changing front anti-dive behavior, in addition to resisting the deflection that soft rubber allows.
Installation is rated difficult, with about 3 hours of work listed. Plan on a wheel alignment afterward. To go with it on the 328i 3 Series, see Adjustable Rear Sway Bar Link, Rear Subframe Mount Bushing, and Front Sway Bar Link Assembly.
Features
- Install guide: Instructions for fitting are packed in the box.
- Bushing compound: The bushing material stands up to oil, grease, ozone, and weather.
- Grease: Molybdenum disulfide grease is included to help the parts last.
- Alignment adjustment: Gives an alignment shop a window of adjustment to set the wheels right.
- Corrosion protection: Rust protection comes from plating on the metal parts.
- Compliance voids: Molded voids give the bushing room to flex where it needs to.
