Product Details
This Whiteline Front Leading Arm to Chassis Bushing Kit fits the 1980-1990 Ford F-250. You receive 4 bushings, 2 tubes, and grease. Part number W83484. Placement: front.
Where a leading arm bolts to the chassis, the bushing is all that sits between the arm and the frame. When it wears, the axle can move more than it should under braking, and the alignment can change. A fresh set closes up that slack. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
Expect a difficult job of about 2 hours. No alignment is needed afterward. Working on the same car? We also list Front Sway Bar Washer Kit, Body Mount Bushing Kit, and Front Shock Absorber Upper Bushing (Koni Shocks Only) for the F-250.
Features
- Install guide: Whiteline packs an install guide with it.
- Bushing compound: The elastomer formulation is chosen to shrug off oil, grease, ozone, and the elements.
- Bushing material: Polyurethane is firmer than the factory rubber, so it deflects less under load.
