This Whiteline Front Control Arm Lower Inner Front Bushing fits the 2014-2019 Kia Forte. Whiteline part number: W53492. In the box: 4 bushings and 2 tubes. It goes on the front of the vehicle. Chassis code: BD.
Every time the wheel moves, the control arm swings on its bushings. When they are soft or worn, the arm shifts under load, the alignment changes as the car moves, and steering and braking feel less precise. A stiffer bushing cuts that unwanted movement while still letting the arm pivot freely. The polyurethane used here deflects much less than the original rubber under the same load.
