Product Details

This Whiteline Body Mount Bushing Kit fits the 1987 Pontiac Safari. The kit contains 26 bushings, 12 tubes, 24 washers, and grease. The part number is W93493.

A tired body mount lets the cabin and the chassis move as separate masses. Replacing the rubber with a more rigid bushing ties them together better, so steering and braking inputs reach the road with less delay. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.

Installation is rated difficult, with about 5 hours of work listed. No alignment is needed afterward.
