Product Details

These Whiteline 12mm Adjustable Front Camber Bolts fit the 1990-1997 Volkswagen Passat. You receive 2 bolts. Order it as part number KCA412. Application note: Adds +/- 0.75 degrees Camber. Position: front.

Camber is how far the top of the wheel leans in or out when you look at the car from the front, and it decides how the tire meets the road. Many cars leave little or no room to change it at the factory. A camber bolt replaces a standard mounting bolt with an adjustable one, so an alignment shop can move the setting into a better range.

Whiteline rates the install as difficult and lists about 1 hour. Get the car aligned once it is back on the ground. To go with it on the Passat, see Front Control Arm Lower Inner Front Bushing.

Features

  • Locking washer: The teeth on the lock washer keep the bolt from turning once it is tightened.
  • Camber adjustment: Helps keep camber in range so the tire holds its footprint through a corner.
  • Hardware: The matching nuts are included.
  • Corrosion protection: Metal parts are plated to resist rust over the long term.
  • Install guide: Step-by-step installation instructions come with it.
