Product Details
TruHart Rear Lower Control Arms for the 1997-2001 Acura Integra (DC2/DB7/D88) are CNC machined from billet aluminum and offer a weight reduction from OEM arms by roughly 25 percent. In addition to providing an aesthetic upgrade TruHart Arms utilize hardened rubber bushings which allow less deflection and provide a more direct feel road feel than OE bushings.
Anodized finish with laser etched TruHart logo.
Standard Features
- Typically made from high-quality materials like forged aluminum or steel, TruHart rear lower control arms are built to withstand heavy loads and the stresses of high-performance driving.
- These control arms help correct suspension geometry, especially when lowering a vehicle. This ensures that the rear wheels maintain proper alignment, preventing issues like excessive camber or toe changes that can occur when a vehicle is lowered.
- Often equipped with spherical (pillowball) bearings or polyurethane bushings to replace soft OEM rubber bushings. These materials provide a firmer connection between the suspension and the chassis, which improves handling and steering precision.
- Some versions of TruHart rear lower control arms are adjustable, allowing for fine-tuning of camber, toe, or caster alignment. This makes them perfect for custom suspension setups or motorsport applications.
- These arms reduce deflection and flex in the rear suspension, which leads to better handling, more responsive steering, and an overall firmer, more connected driving experience.
