Product Details

AirPlus Air Struts for your 1996-1998 BMW 328is (E36) allow for entry into air suspension without breaking the bank. When raised AirPlus Air Struts allow for clearance for speed bumps, dips, driveways and road hazards and when deflated allow your vehicle to drop all the way to the ground.

VERA Air Management systems are also available from entry level analog systems to full digital systems with presets and Bluetooth.

  • Front: 50mm twin-tube struts, camber plates, double bellow bags
  • Rear: 44mm twin-tube struts, double bellow bags

Features

  • Designed as an entry-level/stepped-up manual air suspension system. Less complex than digital or Bluetooth-based systems, but with more hardware than the basic essential level.
  • When fully raised, gives clearance over obstacles (speed bumps, dips, driveways, etc.). When deflated, allows vehicle to drop all the way to the ground (“laying frame” style) depending on bag/strut geometry and wheel/tire setup.
  • Front struts: 50?mm twin?tube shocks, equipped with camber plates.
  • Rear struts: 44?mm twin?tube shocks. Bag type in rear may vary (double?bellow or sleeve depending on application) but many kits use double?bellow bags in rear under Basic Management.
  • Pressure switch: 150?175 PSI switch for compressor cut?in / safety.
  • Gauges & controllers: dual pneumatic paddle valve controllers (front & rear), dual?needle 220 PSI pressure gauge with backlit display.
