1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Tanabe warrants all of their parts against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation, (subject to the conditions and exclusions described below) for a period of one (1) year from the original consumer's date of purchase. During the warranty period, Tanabe will, at their option, repair or replace the defective part or refund your money. This warranty does not cover labor reimbursement or shipping reimbursement.

This warranty is non-transferrable. Replacement parts are warranted from the date of exchange for a period of one (1) year. The following is a non-exclusive list of examples that are not considered defects: failure due to accident or collision, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; improper installation, self-installation, or modification of the part; vehicles under manufacturer's recall for a related problem; and misuse or abuse, including off-roading or racing. Due to the racing nature, and extremely high amounts of stress that are placed upon the suspension and drivetrain, Tanabe will honor this warranty on the DRIFT line of products only prior to installation.

The Tanabe Sustec rear strut tower bar for the 2000-2005 Lexus IS300 is one of the most effective bolt-on chassis upgrades available, delivering an immediately noticeable improvement in steering precision and body rigidity. This Lexus IS300 strut bar connects the rear shock towers, preventing independent movement that causes changes in suspension geometry and allowing your dampers, springs, and stabilizers to perform at their full potential.

The centershaft is constructed from reinforced extruded aluminum with dual reinforced lips on the underside and tapered ends for additional rigidity, keeping the strut bar lightweight without sacrificing strength. The end plates are 100% steel for maximum durability, and the adjustable preload system ensures balanced loading across both shock towers. Designed, manufactured, and tested in Japan, every Tanabe strut tower bar is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.
