Product Details
The Swift Spec-R Lowering Springs for the 2011-2014 Nissan GT-R (R35) lower Godzilla's center of gravity for improved high-speed stability and sharper turn-in at the limit. These R35 GT-R lowering springs deliver an approximate 1.0" front and 1.0" rear drop with spring rates of 20 Kg/mm front and 11 Kg/mm rear, designed to complement the GT-R's electronically controlled Bilstein DampTronic suspension. Built in Japan from Swift's proprietary H5S.TW high-tensile spring steel, these GT-R springs provide reduced unsprung mass and faster transient response for time attack, road course, and high-speed driving events.
Swift Spec-R Technology
- Proprietary H5S.TW high-tensile spring steel, manufactured in Japan
- Optimized ride height to maximize suspension geometry at lowered position
- Increased spring rates tuned to usable shock stroke for balanced performance
- Fewer coils reduce unsprung mass and completely eliminate coil bind
- Quicker transient response for improved traction and road feedback
- Vehicle-specific bump rubber engineering to prevent bottoming out
Features
- Track-proven in HPDE and SCCA competition
- Lowered center of gravity for improved cornering grip
- Reduced body roll and sharper handling response
- Comfortable enough for daily driving
- Compatible with OEM and aftermarket shocks/struts
- Direct bolt-on installation with no modifications required
