Product Details
SPL Parts TITANIUM Series Front Lower Control Arms (LCA 996 V2) for the 1995-2004 Porsche 911 (996) are engineered to dramatically improve front-end grip, braking stability, and steering precision. Designed for high-performance street, track, and motorsport applications, this kit provides full adjustment of camber, track width, roll center, caster, and anti-dive geometry—giving you complete control over your suspension setup.
By replacing the factory rubber bushings with PTFE-lined FK spherical bearings, these control arms eliminate deflection and bind found in OEM components. This allows the suspension to articulate freely without unwanted spring effects from rubber bushings, resulting in sharper steering response, improved feedback, and more consistent alignment under load. The result is increased mechanical grip, reduced tire wear, and a more predictable driving experience.
The SPL LCA 996 V2 kit allows you to dial in optimal camber settings for increased lateral grip while maintaining even tire wear. Track width can be extended to improve front-end balance and reduce load transfer, helping keep the inside tire engaged during aggressive cornering. Additionally, integrated roll center correction spacers restore proper suspension geometry on lowered vehicles, reducing body roll and improving transitional response without requiring stiffer spring rates.
No more jam nuts. SPL’s innovative Double Adjuster system, paired with a Rotating Clamp design, allows for quick and precise alignment adjustments without the need for multiple tools. The slotted arm design and pinch bolt system ensure your settings stay locked in, even under demanding driving conditions.
Constructed from CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum and 2024-T351 aluminum trailing links, this kit delivers exceptional strength while minimizing unsprung weight. Titanium hardware further reduces weight without sacrificing durability, making this one of the most advanced and lightweight control arm solutions available for the Porsche 996 chassis.
