3-Year Manufacturer Warranty

All RS-R USA products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. All lowering springs are covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase. All coilovers and coilover accessories are covered for 1 year or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non transferable.

RS-R USA will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product at RS-R USA's discretion upon completion of inspection and verification of a product defect.

RS-R Super-i coilovers for the 2017+ Lexus LC500h (GWZ100) are the top of the iSHOCK line — hand-assembled in Japan to the tightest tolerances, with premium valving components and pillowball uppers. Reserved for flagship chassis where the Best-i Active cannot be used, Super-i is RS-R’s most expensive coilover and the one they ship to their own demo cars. Rare in the US market; flown in from Osaka on order.

Super-i is RS-R’s hand-assembled top-tier coilover — the same monotube architecture as the rest of the iSHOCK family, built to the tightest tolerances with premium valving components. Reserved for flagship chassis like the Lexus LC500 and select applications where the Best-i Active cannot be used. Rare in the US market, delivered from Japan by air freight.
