RS-R Best-i Active coilovers for the 2009-2024 Nissan GT-R (R35) are built for a very specific problem: replacing a factory-adaptive damper without losing the factory controller. Best-i Active keeps the OEM AVS/DDS signal, Ti2000 springs, pillowball uppers, and the full 36-level damper range, all controlled through the car’s original driving-mode button. No warning-light canceler required, no loss of factory modes — you get a proper dropped stance and adjustable damping while the dashboard still behaves like stock.
Best-i Active is RS-R’s flagship coilover for factory-active suspension cars — the only aftermarket coilover family that retains the OEM AVS/DDS adaptive damper controller while still delivering a full ride-height drop and 36-level damping. It uses Ti2000 springs, pillowball upper mounts, and a monotube damper body that bolts into the factory harness without a warning-light canceler. If you drive a GS F-Sport, GT-R, IS F-Sport, or similar AVS-equipped chassis, this is the only coilover that keeps the factory driving-mode logic intact.
