The warranty does not cover improper installation, racing or competition use, off-road use, misuse, accidents, or applications outside of KONI’s intended specifications.

This KONI Special Active FSD front left shock fits the 2010-2015 Toyota Prius. KONI Special Active shocks for the 2010-2015 Toyota Prius use KONI's patented Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) technology to deliver two damping curves in one fixed shock — soft for low-frequency road inputs (comfort) and firm for high-frequency body motion (control). The result is a daily driver that feels composed without compromising ride quality.

FSD reacts to the road, not to a driver setting, so there's nothing to adjust and nothing to wear out. Special Active works with stock springs or factory-spec lowering springs up to ~35 mm of drop, and is built on KONI's long-life twin-tube platform with the lifetime warranty on workmanship.
