Product Details

These KONI Special Active FSD front shocks fit the 2017-2021 Audi A5 49mm Clamp. KONI Special Active shocks for the Audi A5 49mm Clamp use KONI's patented Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) technology to deliver two damping curves in one fixed shock: soft for low-frequency road inputs (comfort) and firm for high-frequency body motion (control).

FSD reacts to the road, not to a driver setting, so there is nothing to adjust. Special Active works with stock springs or factory-spec lowering springs up to ~35 mm of drop, and is built on KONI's long-life twin-tube platform with the lifetime warranty on workmanship.

Features

  • Patented Frequency Selective Damping: soft on bumps, firm in corners
  • Zero adjustment required: FSD reacts to the road frequency automatically
  • Compatible with stock or mild lowering springs (up to ~35 mm)
  • Long-life twin-tube hydraulic design
  • Made in the Netherlands by KONI
  • Backed by KONI's lifetime workmanship warranty
