For street-driven applications, Ground Control offers a lifetime warranty to the original owner on eligible Ground Control-manufactured components, while racing products are covered for 90 days against failure and excessive wear, with a 1-year limited warranty on non-moving components. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, insufficient suspension travel, normal wear items, or use with incompatible parts. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and proof of purchase may be required. These Ground Control coilover conversion kits fit the 1982-1988 BMW 5 Series RWD (E28).

Ground Control Coilover Conversion Kits for the E28 5 Series add adjustable ride height and corner balance. The threaded spring perch system lowers the car and reduces body roll, and it works with stock or aftermarket struts.

Every kit is hand-built in the USA and backed by a lifetime guarantee on the complete assembly, not just the springs. Ground Control is the West Coast distributor for Eibach ERS race springs, which are warrantied for life against sag and rate change. The anodized 6061-T6 aluminum adjusters lock securely under load.
