Fox Corvette coilovers in the Factory Race Series 2.0 line use a 2.0 inch aluminum body with a remote reservoir that holds extra oil and keeps it apart from the nitrogen gas charge. Fox fits a DSC, DSR adjuster to this part, so damping can be changed without taking it off the vehicle. The aluminum body sheds heat faster than steel, which helps the damping stay consistent on long, rough runs. Fox sets the valving for the vehicle it is listed for.
