Unless specified otherwise, all suspension products are designed for 2WD vehicles only. Any notes or descriptions related to electronic damping systems (EDC, DDS, etc.) apply strictly to vehicle fitment. Aftermarket coilovers are not compatible with OEM electronic damping control systems unless explicitly stated.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of fulfillment if all rules shown below are met.

• Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
• Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
• Custom products, special order products, and services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.
• If the return of an item was caused by an error on our part, or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

All Flatout Suspension coilovers and products are for off road use or Motorsports use ONLY, and may never be installed on vehicles that will be driven on a public road or highway.

Flatout Suspension products are covered by a manufacturers (non-transferable) warranty. This limited warranty covers hard parts such as mounts and shock bodies. It also covers consumable parts such as seals, shafts, fluids and leaking shocks. This warranty is limited to the United States and Canada. Our parts and labor are covered however shipping to us for warranty repair is not covered. 

Flatout Suspension warranties its products to the original retail purchaser against defects in workmanship and material.
